Richard S. Arnold serves as President and as a Director. Mr. Arnold is an estate planning and trust administration attorney who has held several senior trust management positions. A graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1968, Mr. Arnold served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for three years before receiving his law degree from the University of Southern California in 1974. He began his law practice with the firm of O'Melveny and Myers and served as a partner in the law firm of Wyman, Bautzer, Kuchel & Silbert. He then served as a senior executive with the trust practices of JPMorgan California, Bessemer Trust, Bank of America and Citigroup. Most recently, he helped form a trust division for First Federal Bank of California in Santa Monica, California. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Leeann W. Davis serves as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Davis managed the financial operations of the tax practice of Arthur Andersen for the pacific southwest region. She has also served as controller for the Los Angeles and San Diego offices of the law firm Baker & McKenzie, and was previously the Chief Financial Officer of The Casden Company, a real estate firm. Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. [vCard]

Richard H. Patterson, Jr. serves as Managing Director, Chief Fiduciary Officer and as a Director. From 1996 to 2007, Mr. Patterson served as Vice President and General Counsel for the Braille Institute of America. He is a former shareholder in the law firm of Poindexter & Doutré in Los Angeles and has an extensive background in trust matters. Mr. Patterson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and a law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1983. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Patterson has served as a private trustee since 1998. [vCard]
