Collecting Information
Your permission is required for us to begin collecting important information that will help us service your account. Our employees will use a combination of forms and interviews to gain insight into your individual situation. Any information, whether collected directly from you or through a third party, is protected.

Sharing Information
Only with your permission and/or when you request that we share specific information will we expose any information to an outside company, firm, attorney, entity, or individual unless required to do so by law, statute or regulation. In the case of third-party investment management firms and/or custodians, we will share the investment and account information necessary to perform trust administrative functions.

Your Privacy Preferences
If you have any unique concerns regarding the privacy of certain assets, business interests, transactions or property, or in the course of planning your affairs you have any specific concerns, we would be happy to discuss these special needs. San Pasqual Trust respects your right to restrict the information provided to us as part of our normal operational duties.
