Individuals & Families
San Pasqual Trust serves as trustee or co-trustee for individuals and families with investable assets over $3,000,000. We have the ability to serve trusts with assets that include stocks and bonds, real estate, closely-held businesses, limited partnerships and other non-publicly-traded assets. Since we deliberately have chosen not to operate an asset management business, we will not move a client's trust assets into our own investment funds. Instead, we use a broad range of investment firms with proven performance. Our firm also includes and relies on the family's advisors. We are able to serve current trust needs of a family, or become a successor trustee once the current trustee ceases to act.

Foundations & Charitable Institutions
Our services extend to include our role as trustee for foundations and charitable institutions, or as administrative agent. Because trust management and investment are separate, there is greater flexibility to insure that both functions are performed well and meet long-term expectations.

Investment Professionals
San Pasqual relies exclusively on third-party investment professionals. Our objective fiduciary oversight is designed to ensure that the investment manager performs at appropriate levels of performance.
