Victoria serves as the President of San Pasqual Fiduciary Trust Company, a Nevada Corporation.
Victoria brings almost 20 years of trust administration, family office, estate planning, and wealth management experience to San Pasqual Trust. Victoria’s wide-ranging experience includes roles as CEO of Family Office Services for Thayer Green & Associates, Executive Vice President and Nevada Regional Manager for Whittier Trust Company, and as a senior advisor for a boutique multi-family office and investment firm. Victoria began her career as an attorney, specializing in estate planning, taxation, trust administration, and the law of tax-exempt organizations.
Victoria earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, cum laude from Colgate University and a J.D. from University of California, Davis School of Law. In addition, she earned her LL.M. in Taxation and her Estate Planning Certificate from Georgetown University Law Center. Victoria has obtained the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation and is a certified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
Leeann W. Davis serves as President.
Ms. Davis was a Certified Public Accountant in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen. She has served as Chief Financial Officer of a real estate development and management firm and also served as controller for the Los Angeles and San Diego offices of the law firm Baker & McKenzie.
Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California.
Richard H. Patterson, Jr. serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and as a Director.
From 1996 to 2007, Mr. Patterson served as Vice President and General Counsel for the Braille Institute of America. He is a former shareholder in the law firm of Poindexter & Doutre in Los Angeles.
Mr. Patterson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and a law degree from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Patterson has served as president of the boards of the Los Angeles Children’s Chorus and Young and Healthy, and as chair of the boards of Westridge School for Girls and the Episcopal Communities and Services Foundation.
Linda Davis Taylor has served as a Director of San Pasqual Financial Holding Corporation since 2016 and as a Director of San Pasqual Trust of California since 2013.
She is a financial literacy, wealth and education professional and is the host of the podcast, “Money Stories with LDT.” Ms. Davis Taylor is the former CEO and Chairman of Clifford Swan Investment Counselors and is a frequent speaker on wealth transition, family governance and philanthropy.
She holds a BA degree from Emory University in Atlanta.
Fred C. McNutt serves as a Director of the San Pasqual Trust of California.
Mr. McNutt recently managed the financials, IT and operations of the Campbell Hall School as CFO. Previously he was the Associate Director & CFO of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and was Vice President and Controller of the Raytheon Company Sensors and Electronics Segment.
Mr. McNutt received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
James L. Cronk has served as a Director of San Pasqual Financial Holding Corporation and San Pasqual Trust of California since our founding in 2007.
Mr. Cronk is a Senior Vice President with D.A. Davidson & Co. in Los Angeles, and his current responsibilities include the implementation and integration of projects that bridge operational, sales and technological resources.
Previously Mr. Cronk was the Director of Operations for Crowell Weedon & Co., a Los Angeles based broker-dealer where he managed the operations until it merged with D.A. Davidson & Co. Mr. Cronk graduated from Occidental College in 1982 with a degree in Economics.
Richard S. Arnold is one of the founders of San Pasqual Trust and served as the first president of the firm. He has served as a director of San Pasqual Financial Holding Corporation, San Pasqual Trust of California and San Pasqual Trust of Nevada since their formations.
Mr. Arnold was an estate planning and trust administration attorney with O’Melveny and Myers and other firms, and has held several senior trust management positions with prominent corporate trust companies including J.P. Morgan.
A graduate of The University of Texas with a BBA in 1968, Mr. Arnold received his JD degree from the University of Southern California in 1974. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
